The Royal Caribbean Casino Royale Tier Match Cruise Offer program is only available to residents of the United States and Canada who have not sailed on a Royal Caribbean Group vessel; have not sailed since March 2017; and does not have an existing booking.
Participants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to redeem their offer and are required to be booked as the primary guest in the reservation to sail.
To be considered for the Tier Match Cruise Offer program, a request must be submitted and completed with all required information on www.clubroyaleoffers.com. Submission of the Tier Match Cruise Offer request form does not guarantee that an offer will be extended. All decisions regarding the Tier Match Cruise Offer program eligibility shall be determined by Royal Caribbean in its sole discretion.
Only one Cruise Match Tier offer per recipient will be extended per qualified guest.
Offers must be booked directly with Royal Caribbean and not through a Travel Partner.
All participants of the Tier Match Cruise Offer program will be enrolled in the Royal Caribbean’s Cruise Loyalty program “Crown and Anchor” society.
Once an offer has been extended, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the Cruise Match Request form confirming the status of the offer.
Redemption for the Tier Match Cruise Offer must be completed within fourteen (14) days or the offer may be considered null and void.
Complimentary drinks are only provided for up to two guest in the same booking. Guests must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and can only be redeemed during Casino Royale operating hours.
RCL reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to cancel any bookings made in error, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from RCL, at any time without prior notice.
